Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss 1.5 lbs of Brussels sprouts (halved) with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts before serving.
