Tender asparagus spears grilled to perfection, tossed with a bright lemon-garlic dressing.
Wash 1 lb asparagus spears and snap off the woody ends. In a bowl, toss the asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Place the seasoned asparagus directly on the preheated grill grates. Grill for 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender-crisp and slightly charred.
Remove the asparagus from the grill and transfer to a serving platter. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the grilled asparagus.
Serve immediately as a vibrant side dish.
