Quick and easy chicken fajitas, perfect for a weeknight meal.
Slice 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts into thin strips.
In a large bowl, toss chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 packet fajita seasoning, 1 sliced bell pepper, and 1 sliced onion.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and vegetable mixture.
