A classic Caesar salad dressing, rich and creamy with a tangy bite.
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
Gradually drizzle in 1/2 cup olive oil, whisking constantly until the dressing emulsifies and thickens.
Stir in 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
For a more authentic Caesar dressing, whisk in 2-3 anchovy fillets, finely minced, along with the other ingredients in Step 1.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Taste and adjust seasonings before serving.
