A quick and healthy bowl combining creamy cottage cheese with the savory flavors of everything bagel spice and fresh vegetables.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese with 1 tablespoon of everything bagel spice. Stir well to combine.
Prepare your vegetables. Chop 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes into halves, dice 1/4 cup of cucumber, and slice 1/4 cup of bell pepper into strips.
Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl with the cottage cheese. Gently mix to distribute the vegetables evenly.
