Quick and easy ground beef burritos with rice and beans, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
In a large skillet, brown 1 pound of ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
Add 1 packet of taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Warm 1 cup of cooked rice and 1 can (15 ounces) of drained and rinsed black beans.
Heat large flour tortillas according to package directions.
Assemble the burritos by placing a portion of the ground beef mixture, rice, and beans in the center of each tortilla. Add any desired toppings such as shredded cheese, salsa, or sour cream.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
