A sweet and savory glaze for your honey ham.
In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
Simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly, until the glaze thickens slightly.
Brush the glaze over your honey ham during the last 15-20 minutes of cooking, basting every 5 minutes for a rich, flavorful finish.
