Classic Bourbon Old Fashioned

In an old-fashioned glass, add the sugar cube, angostura bitters, and orange bitters.

Muddle the sugar cube and bitters together gently until the sugar is mostly dissolved.

Add a large ice cube to the glass.

Pour the bourbon over the ice.

Stir gently for about 20-30 seconds to chill and slightly dilute the drink.

Garnish with an orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it on the rim.
