The North Star Buck: a Switchable Holiday Cocktail

Prepare the 'North Star Base' directly in your shaker by combining 3/4 oz unsweetened cranberry juice and 1/4 oz fresh lime juice.

Add 2 oz of your chosen spirit (Vodka, Gin, or Bourbon) and 1/2 oz of the pre-made Rosemary Simple Syrup to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until the tin is frosted.

Strain the mixture into a highball glass or copper mug filled with fresh ice.

Top with approximately 3-4 oz of ginger beer.

Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a few fresh cranberries dropped into the glass.
