A simple and delicious roasted broccoli dish, perfect as a side with chicken and sweet potatoes.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut 1.5 lbs of broccoli into florets.
In a bowl, toss the broccoli florets with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 2 cloves of minced garlic.
Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred. Serve immediately.
