A comforting milk punch, perfect for a late-night snack companion, designed to warm you up, make you cozy, and prepare you for a good night's sleep.
In a saucepan, gently heat 1 cup of whole milk over medium-low heat. Be careful not to boil.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the warm milk.
