Quick and easy garlic noodles to soothe your stomach after a long day.
Cook 8 oz of spaghetti according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
While the pasta is cooking, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to the pan. Stir to combine.
Add the drained spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
