A light and zesty vinaigrette with the bright flavors of sesame and ginger, perfect for Asian-inspired salads.
In a small bowl or jar, combine 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon water.
Whisk vigorously or shake well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the dressing is emulsified.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
