A hearty and comforting bowl of Miso Ramen with flavorful broth, noodles, pork, and a variety of toppings.
In a pot, bring 4 cups of chicken broth to a simmer.
Add 2 tablespoons of miso paste to the broth, stirring until dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms, and 1/4 cup of corn kernels.
In a separate pan, cook 4 ounces of ground pork until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Cook 4 ounces of fresh ramen noodles according to package directions.
Divide the cooked noodles between bowls, then ladle the miso broth over the noodles.
Top with the cooked ground pork, sliced scallions, and kamaboko.
