A classic breakfast or dessert crepe filled with creamy Nutella and fresh banana slices.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. A non-stick pan works best for crepes.
Pour about 1/4 cup of crepe batter onto the hot pan. Immediately lift and tilt the pan in a circular motion to evenly spread the batter into a thin circle.
Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden and the top appears dry. Carefully flip with a spatula and cook for another minute.
Remove the crepe from the pan and place it on a plate. Spread a generous amount of Nutella over half of the crepe.
Arrange thin slices of banana over the Nutella. You can use 1/2 of a ripe banana for each crepe.
Fold the crepe in half, or in quarters if you prefer. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Nutella banana crepe.
