A flavorful and healthy baked salmon recipe with fresh vegetables.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place 2 (6oz) salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over the salmon and season with salt, black pepper, and 1 tsp smoked paprika.
Arrange 1 cup of broccoli florets and 1 sliced bell pepper around the salmon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
