A delightful and guilt-free dessert that combines the natural sweetness of ripe mangoes with the creamy richness of Greek yogurt and a hint of lime.
Dice 2 ripe mangoes into small, even pieces.
In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt with the zest of ½ lime and 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
In a glass or bowl, layer the Greek yogurt mixture and diced mangoes. Repeat layers.
