This quick and easy air-fried broccoli recipe will become your go-to side dish. Perfectly crispy and flavorful, it's a healthy and delicious way to enjoy broccoli.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss 1 pound of broccoli florets with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional), and salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Place the broccoli florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp and slightly browned, shaking the basket halfway through.
Serve immediately and garnish with a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
