A savory custard based pancake that uses the leftover french toast batter.
Preheat a lightly oiled griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
Whisk 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt into the leftover french toast batter until just combined.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings such as chives, sour cream or hot sauce.
