Quick and easy sauteed shredded cabbage recipe.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add 1/2 of a medium-sized shredded green cabbage to the skillet and saute for 5-7 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender-crisp.
Season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper, or to taste. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is cooked to your liking.
Serve immediately.
