This sheet pan dinner is perfect for a quick and easy meal. It features chicken sausage, bell peppers, and onions, all seasoned with a simple blend of herbs and spices.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice 1 pound of chicken sausage, 2 bell peppers (any color), and 1 large onion into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
In a large bowl, toss the sausage, peppers, and onions with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, flipping halfway.
