Quick and flavorful shrimp with garlic and lemon.
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet.
Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
Add 4 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the shrimp and garlic. Stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
