A refreshing strawberry smoothie made with fresh strawberries and milk. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack!
Wash and hull 1 pint of fresh strawberries.
In a blender, combine the strawberries with 1 cup of milk.
Add 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetness, if desired.
Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
