A delightful, non-whiskey sour cocktail that balances sweetness, tartness, and a hint of spice.
Combine 2 oz of aged rum, 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice, 0.75 oz of maple syrup, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, and a pinch of ground cinnamon in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well for about 20 seconds until the shaker is cold.
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or rocks glass filled with ice
