A comforting and cheesy tortellini casserole, perfect for a weeknight meal.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook 20 oz of cheese tortellini according to package directions. Drain well.
In a large bowl, combine cooked tortellini with 2 cups of marinara sauce, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
Pour the tortellini mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
