A savory and sweet flatbread featuring ripe pears, creamy brie, and a balsamic glaze.
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Place the flatbread crust on a baking sheet.
Spread 2 tablespoons of olive oil evenly over the flatbread crust.
Evenly distribute 4 ounces of sliced brie over the olive oil.
Arrange 1 thinly sliced pear over the brie.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of caramelized onions over the pear and brie.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the brie is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
